I was recommended to BayBuilders through a close friend. Met Sam Siar, one of the business owners and contractors to discuss my goal of modernizing our guest bathroom. I knew nothing about the process, materials, time for labor...any of that before meeting Sam. After a 15 min conversation to detail step by step on expectations with costs, design framework, and build; I felt confident to schedule an on-site estimate. ...Starting from the day of the quote walkthrough, Sam was timely, professional, and most importantly; came prepared with plenty of examples he thought I'd like from our first conversation. I didn't have to worry about materials, everything agreed upon was carried out exactly. No unexpected delays, additional costs, or issues. I was most concerned with retro-fitting our counter and converting our toilet to bidet but they handled it all. My wife and I are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out, and we'll be partnering with Sam again on our closest as the next project. Bo, our architect, was extremely helpful. Our designer David was very helpful in guiding us through the color selection for the material. ...Bay Builders is a good company to work with since they own up to issue and they proved to show responsibility. In a big project like this we are bound to hit hurdles. Bay Builders and our project manager Sam displayed accountability and brought in experts as and when needed. I hired BayBuilders to build a new guest bedroom, move a wall and doorway and build a new walk-in-pantry. Sam and his team were top notch through every step of the process. We communicated the initial design but Sam had lots of great ideas on how we could improve the flow and save money that we ended up using.... The work his team did was excellent. It's obvious that Sam is very detail oriented and holds his team to a high standard of work. The communication throughout the process was very proactive - we always knew what was going on and if timelines were being impacted by materials availability. Even with supply chains being a mess, Sam and his team finished very close to the original schedule by being creative and finding ways to get what they needed. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely be using Bay Builders for any future remodeling projects.

Sam and his team did a superb job on a backyard landscaping and main bathroom remodel project. We live on a sloped hill and had some rough ideas for the backyard landscaping, but were pleased to get a free quote with multiple options at varying price points that fit our budget and the overall aesthetic of our home. ...Furthermore, Sam had his crew were out within a day after settling on the design, estimate and timeline and the quick turnaround ended up being a lifesaver given an upcoming trip we had planned. We ended up contracting with them for our main bathroom remodel, which we had put off ever since we moved into our home and were thrilled with how it turned out as well. We worked with BayBuilders on a garage remodel. The original ideas were big, including adding a bathroom, but the end result was that we finished the walls, created a new office space, and freshened up the laundry area. We had storage cabinets on both sides of the existing garage that we wanted to repurpose in the new design. ...Sam and his crew had great input on what was feasible, and they worked with the city on permits (which also had us adjusting the scope of our project). The crews that came in were great. All of the workers were super polite and easy to talk with. Everyone was safe and the job site was clean at the end of each work day. Chris and his crew spent the most time here, and everyone was safe and the job site was clean at the end of every day. Jose did an awesome job with the electrical. Everyone listened to our ideas and took our input, and had good ideas of their own on what would really work. We would highly recommend Bay Builders.

I hired Sam and David for my ADU remodeling. They were an amazing duo! Very personable(something I really appreciate), honest, efficient, timely, and most importantly for me (as I don't know much about construction), they held my hand through it all! They also covered other errands for the project that I didn't have to spend my time doing. I was also concerned about the length of time it would take to finish. They estimated about 4 weeks and they did finish it in about 5 weeks, which in the scheme of construction, that was so GREAT!!!! Once the project was done, their crew left the place so clean! I was impressed. Thank you Sam, David and crew for a job well done! Would I hire them again? Definitely!
